We provided the design for Peri Peri's new flagship restaurant located adjacent to the Georgia Aquarium on Baker Street in downtown Atlanta. The space was previously a "Game X" arcade. Peri Peri took over approximately one third of the space, including a mezzanine, to create what will hopefully be one of Atlanta's hottest new restaurants.

The newest addition to Sub Zero's growing franchise, this store is located along Holcomb Bridge Road in Roswell, GA in a prominent commercial strip containing the likes of "From the Earth Brewery" and "Starbucks".

This local pharmacy, located along Holcomb Bridge Road in Roswell, GA downsized from a larger space in an adjacent commercial stripe. We provided the designs for the new pharmacy and commercial space, working closely with the client to understand their needs and regulations governing Pharmacies and their laboratory and compounding equipment.

The new tenant desired to renovate the space from a Lawyers Office to a new boutique clothing shop. In order to change occupancy, the space had to be brought into compliance with current Life Safety and Accessibility Codes. In addition to removing interior walls to create open sales floor space, we added a handicap ramp to the main entrance and a second means of egress off the side of the building.
