Attic Addition, Roswell

It is not often that a client requests a consultation to add an attic bonus room to their house that doesn't involves tearing off the entire roof in order to accommodate the floor loads and more. This client was fortunate enough that their home was designed in such a way that we were able to take advantage of the space. The space will serve as their kid's play room and sleep over space later on. Just down the hall is a space for a parent to sit and read.
